When the music hits, you wouldn’t want to stop!!! This feel-good class brings the Caribbean vibe to life and is designed for young adults and seniors alike. It uplifts your spirits, burns calories, tones your body, and makes you feel sexy and energized. You will have FUN, FUN & MORE FUN!
DANCEHALL FIT was created in the Fall of 2019 at Chinyere’s fitness studio and quickly gained popularity among those looking to burn calories, stay fit, and have fun! Dancehall Fit – Get Your Sexy Back is a vibrant and empowering program designed to engage a global audience—both online and in person. We are excited to collaborate with others who share our passion for promoting and encouraging mental and physical health around the world!
We are available for bookings both locally (Florida), nationally, and internationally.
