Chinyere Sam’s Background
Chinyere Sam is a seasoned competitive athlete and fitness professional with over 17 years of experience in track and field. Her athletic journey began at the age of 8 in Guyana and continued through high school in Barbados. She later moved to the United States, to attend Ricks College and upon graduation, she competed at the collegiate level at Utah Valley University, emerging as a standout track athlete.
For over 15 years, Chinyere has worked as a Professional Certified Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer, offering services in both New York and Florida through her platform, Body by Chinyere. She holds her certification from the International Fitness Association (IFA) in Step Aerobics, Kickboxing Aerobics, and Group Exercise. Additionally, she is certified in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) usage.
Chinyere’s dedication to fitness, athleticism, and health education continues to inspire and empower individuals across all levels of physical ability.
