It showed us one thing with absolute clarity: seniors don’t just want to move, they want to feel alive. We carry that same spirit into every dance fitness class we offer. Whether it’s a weekly class or a one-time celebration, we bring the Bacchanal spirit into every session where movement feels like a party and everyone leaves feeling better than they arrived.
Because our sessions are designed to create a lively and immersive experience, the right setup is essential for both comfort and performance. For all outdoor senior dance fitness events, clients must provide a stage, speaker system, and a wireless body mic to ensure our instructors can lead effectively. All equipment must be tested and sound-checked before the talent arrives to ensure everything is functioning properly and no technical delays disrupt the event. For indoor events with more than 30 participants, the same requirements apply: a stage, speaker, and wireless mic must be allocated and tested ahead of time. This ensures participants can hear the music clearly and follow the instructor’s guidance without strain.
To maintain a professional experience, the instructor will arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to verify all equipment is working as required. This grace period allows for a final check, but if additional setup time is requested by the client, it will be billed as preparation time. This system ensures that every class starts smoothly and participants have the best experience possible.
